Schmeltzers teleskopiska luftningsrör är ett smidigt sätt att kyla lagrad spannmål i planlager. Röret dras ut för hand, spannmålen töms ovanpå till lämplig höjd och Schmeltzer fläkten av rätt dimension ansluts. Rörens diameter är 30 cm, längd 2-30 meter. Schmeltzer har också utvecklat rör för potatis och lök. 
Schmeltzers telescopic pipe systems are a very simple and useful way of cooling grain in flat storages.The pipe is pulled out by hand and the grain is filled on the top of the pipes until a certain level. A Schemltezer fan of the right dimension is attached to the pipe. The diameter of the pipes is 30 cm for grain and length 2 - 30 meter. Schmeltzer has also a special pipe for potatoes and onions.
