EB 3000 is a well proven silage bagger with high capacity and wide range of the accessories. The machine is intended for big agricultural companies and service companies. The machine uses bags of 2,4m, 2,7m and 3,0 meters diameter. EB 3000 silage bagger packs grass silage, maize silage, sugarbeet pulp, brewery grain, crimped or whole corn etc. The machine is driven by a tractor with a P.T.O. shaft 1000 RPM or 540 RPM and 130-160 hp power. The tractor connection point is on the left side of the feed table (relative to move direction). While operation the direction is controled by tractor's steering. Wide feed table of the EB3000 silage bagger is foldable for transportation. The silage is spreaded evenly by mean of two horizontal teasing shafts with fingers. "W" vertion is equiped with two horisontal transport chains instead of the shafts for improved grass processing. Wear resistant main rotor with steel fingers is specially designed to ensure the bag uniform filling. The mass inside the bag gets compressed by brake cables tension which is adjusted by two disc brakes. The cables length limits the bag length by 75 m. Afterwards the cables winded back hydraulically. High density inside the bag guarrantees high quality of feed without any access of air, minimal dry matter loss and minimal loss of feed's nutrients. Technical details
